Step Right Up!

Welcome to the Fair!
I love a good carnival, though I suppose a carnival shouldn't be "good" at all.
The food is delicious but not entirely healthy and the entertainment
touches you in all the guiltily pleasurable places, if it's being done
right.
No promises or pledges at all here, except to try and be entertaining,
sometimes thought provoking, and sometimes wicked. I will talk about
my writing, about books I've read, movies I've enjoyed, people who
matter to me, sexual customs that fascinate me, history, travel,
culture high, low, and occasionally obscene, and I hope you will talk
back to me.
If you've found this little corner of the Midway then you probably
have read one of my books. I would love to know what you think about
them and why you were intrigued enough to visit the Fair.
My friend Drake has promised to help me out and his enthusiasms are
multitudinous and delightfully naughty
