New Stories Contracted!
I’ve had a busy week! In the last seven days, I've finished and submitted two short stories, and have learned that two other stories have been accepted for anthologies scheduled for release later this year!"Bosier Green," a flasher, will appear in the small town, kink-themed erotica anthology Dirtyville, edited by Sommer Marsden. Sommer put the call out late last year for short stories (under 1000 words) set in small towns. Having lived a good portion of my life in small town/rural communities, the call was irresistible.
"Bosier Green" is about a spontaneous encounter between a Bosier Green woman and a gardener who has come to her little town to repair storm damage to the city park.
Look for more news on Dirtyville (and its companion book, Kinkyville) as the release date approaches.
And just last night, I signed the contract for "Rapture," to be in Rachel Kramer Bussel's Orgasmic: Erotica for Women."Rapture" was inspired by the Millerite movement of the 19th Century, an apocalyptic faith that preached the end of the world on a particular day in October 1844. According to history, many of the sect's followers climbed rooftops to await the Second Coming. "Rapture" the story of two healthy young followers alone on a rooftop on that particular night.
Orgasmic is slated for an August 2010 release! Look for more on this collection soon.
