Man's World Contracted by Circlet!!

Today I’m delighted to report that I signed a contract with Circlet Press to publish my short erotic SF novel Man’s World later this year!

Way back in the 1960s and 1970s, there was a mini-genre of softcore science fiction comics. Barbarella by Jean-Claude Forest was the best known of them, mostly because Roger Vadim made it into a movie starring young, gorgeous Jane Fonda. I took some of my inspiration for Man’s World from Barbarella and her sexy sisters and I hope readers find it fun.

Man’s World is an episode in the life of Stella Blue Darter, interstellar pleasure escort, trying to change her luck by abandoning the fast life of the spaceways for the backward world of Moulton, a place where fossil fuels still rule, men are men, and women are … well…some of them are submissive. 

This story was an absolute joy to write, a fun chapterplay that blasted its way into a time when I was surrounded by more serious themes.  Muses are funny that way.  Sometimes, they throw you a Bo...  Trust me, read Man's World, you'll get it...

I’ll have a lot more to say about Man’s World between now and publication and Drake will be tumbling (of course!) and blogging about Stella’s literary and comic ancestors!

So.....To Venus and beyond!
